Jade Faulkner- First Nigeria to Participate in Rhythmic Gymnastics

According to the National Helm of Information news on sports published on April 13th, 2018, Nigerian gymnast Jade Faulkner became Nigeria’s first female gymnast to compete in Rhythmic Gymnastics at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia after changing nation representation.

She competed in the Team Final and Individual Qualification Sub Division 1- Rotation 1 to 3 where she ranked the overall 10th. Although she didn’t win a medal in the competition she became the best gymnast that everyone wanted to meet at the end of the competition.
